Nessel Development has management experience in apartment buildings, mobile home parks, retail and mixed-use properties. ND’s experience includes all aspects of multi-family housing management including new construction, property renovation, financing and day-to-day on-site responsibilities. Since 2002, ND has acquired 613 apartments and 30,000 square feet of retail space. Prior experience included development and management of manufactured housing communities. Nessel Development’s vision is to become a superior multifamily turn-around specialist. ND will accomplish this by purchasing distresses, under-managed or under-imporved properties at reasonable enough prices to allow it heavily invest into each acquisition’s aesthetic rehabilitation and to make operational improvements. We are able to accomplished this through creative acquisition and finance techniques, repetitive, experienced rehabilitation practices and engaged project management. Further, economical purchase prices will increase Nessel Development’s margin of error in regards to the potential for cost overruns and slow occupancy fill up. |
