Ariel Thomas Nessel, President
 
Mr. Nessel, a former strategic business consultant for The Boston Consulting Group, has a degree in business administration, with distinction, from the University of Michigan. As President of Nessel Development, he oversees the acquisition and improvement of properties. Ari focuses his attention on locating, structuring and negotiating acquisitions and adding value to those properties through renovations, energy savings, and managerial improvements. Ariel is devoted to a life of non-violence in the broadest sense of the word. He supports this practice, and his business efforts, through a consistent practice of hatha yoga, meditation and veganism (not eating any animal flesh or by-products). Outside of work, Ari teaches yoga and meditation, and has been featured in Yoga Journal. He very active as an advocate for animals. Ariel lives in Dallas with his wife, two young sons and dog.

Martin Nessel, Treasurer

Marty has been a certified public accountant for over 40 years and is a former partner of Nessel, Smith, Leff & Borsen in Michigan. He has significant experience in the ownership and management of apartment communities, manufactured housing and retail properties. Martin’s expertise in these areas make an invaluable contribution to the management of the ND portfolio.
 

Page McDonald, Marketing Director

Page joined the marketing team for Nessel Development in summer of 2009 as the Marketing Director. After 2 years of working as a corporate trainer, Page realized her passion for Marketing. In June 2010, Page became the marketing director for the Nessel Development properties. She graduated with honors from The University of North Texas with a Masters Degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelors in English Literature. Her extensive southern family, friends and Boston Terrier, Jexer, are the most important things in her life.
 

Eron Sawyer, Asset Coordinator

Eron joined Nessel Development the summer of 2009. She has been an active Realtor in commercial and residential real estate since 2004. Eron collaborates with Ariel Nessel on asset acquisition, due diligence and the transition of each new property into Nessel's portfolio. In addition, she exercises her creative side through the contemporary design and décor throughout our Dallas communities. Eron is in the process of completing her degree in Business Administration.
